Programs & Pricing
Our Foundation course is a prerequisite before taking any other program. If you have less than 3 months of CrossFit experience or are new to CrossFit, this course is for you. The one-time course consists of 10 classes that focus on CrossFit fundamentals, proper form and safety.
Our Accelerated Foundation course was designed as a refresher for athletes who have some CrossFit experience. Our coaches will assess your form within CrossFit fundamental movements. They will then provide instruction on how to improve and reach your personal best. These fast-paced classes consist of five 90 minutes sessions and focus on safety and proper form.
Unlimited Classes & Open Gym
Our most popular option is our iNvolve membership. Select this option and you are welcome to take as many classes as you like and access to the facilities during Open Gym hours.
Cost : $150/month
Couples (Spouse/Partner): $225/month
Family (4 or more) $350/month
Student $100/month (with valid school ID)
CrossFit competitions are intense and difficult. Doing well in competition takes a huge amount of training and preparation. What makes CrossFit difficult is the sheer number of skills an athlete needs in order to be competitive. Our coaches will work with you to tailor a personal training plan just for you. This option also includes unlimited classes and open gym or the iNvolve membership.
Student $120/month (with valid school ID)
Whether you feel that you need a quick “jump-start” before you begin group classes, have specific goals, play a sport, or just feel the need for more personalized instruction, personal training may be the best option. Our coaches will work with you one-on-one to help you develop the skills and fitness level you seek. Each personal training session is 60 minutes and can be purchased individually or bundled for additional savings.
Cost: 1 session (60 minutes) $25
Bundle: 5 sessions (300 minutes) $100
Open Gym Only
Open Gym is an opportunity for members to perform independent programming, practice certain movements, make-up a missed WOD, or just hang out. Although a coach is always on hand to ensure safety and offer a few tips, this is not personal training.
